Overview

RecordX, Cockpit's core functionality, is a B2B solution for Sales teams that automatically records and transcribes meetings (akin to Modjo and TL;DV). It autonomously and objectively analyzes each call, generating transcripts and smart summaries. This feature saves teams countless hours of manual replay time.

Project goal

Our mission was to develop an AI feature for sales directors and team leaders to swiftly assess their team's adoption and effectiveness of sales methodologies. Along with this new feature, we proposed a brand-new user interface that incorporated UX improvements throughout the tool.
